Heh... actually I didn't take the pic. My friend Craig Parker did. He is quite proud of the picture. This reminds me, I've gotta be more careful to properly cite all the pictures that weren't taken by me (I think this is the only one I missed).
What I can tell you is that the boat is "Baby Blue", a beautiful 25' Friendship Sloop replica from the Jarvis Newman shop, and the picture is taken from this boardwalk adjacent to the Burlington Community Boathouse, looking west in the late summer of 2003.
I only occasionally put other people's photos in my website, if its one that's special to me. In this case, I love Friendship Sloops and have had some connections with a Burlington Charter business that runs one, and I sail in the background of this picture all summer long each summer in my Tanzer 16.
